****An Outstanding Experience at Sterling Dental Center****
I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with the entire team at Sterling Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring.
Starting with the front desk, Ms. Connie was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to verify my insurance and made the paperwork process a breeze. When I was taken back, the dental assistant was incredibly kind, explained the upcoming procedures, and carefully reviewed my previous dental history, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed.
Nelson, the RDH, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. He was thorough, gentle, and took his time with each tooth. During my visit, I experienced an asthma flare-up, and Nelson remained calm, patient, and supportive while helping me through the situation. I truly appreciated his compassion and understanding.
Dr. Tammareddy was also wonderful. She took the time to review my dental history and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. Before leaving, the sweet receptionist, Ms. Kalsey, assisted me with scheduling my follow-up appointment. I even received a beautiful thermal cup as a new patient gift!
I cannot say enough good things about this office. The entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, compassion, and attention to detail. They made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive.
