Meet Dr. Thomas Bursich

During the past 30 years as a practicing dentist, Dr. Bursich has continued to study the latest dental developments and techniques, ensuring that the care that he gives to  his patients reflects both his years of experience and the state-of-the-art technology and treatment options. Dr. Bursich has continued to sharpen his skills in all forms of  dentistry. He has completed training in modern root canal therapies making his endodontic procedures faster and more predictable. Dr. Bursich has also completed advanced training to place Dental Implants.
Dr. Bursich was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1953. He graduated from Hampton Senior High School in 1971, and attended Duquesne University Pharmacy School.  As a participant in the Thrifty Drug Student Aid program, Dr. Bursich spent each summer working in a different store and learning every facet of running a pharmacy.
After three years of successfully managing pharmacies, Dr. Bursich decided to enroll in Dental School, entering University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. After a  residency program in Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh he opened his practice in Pennsylvania in March 1984.
Dr. Bursich has been married to his wife, Sharon, for 38 years. They have two married daughters, Nicole and Stefanie, and five grandchildren. Dr. Bursich’s personal interests outside of dentistry are his family, Pittsburgh sports teams, and golfing.
